I suppose the purpose of this blog is to record a bit about me, my life, my journey and my thoughts.
During my blogging time I have realized the value of our ancestors records, finding new things regarding what they did and when they did it. Mining the data is like discovering gold - every now and then we would find new things - such as WW1 veterans, cemeteries, births, newspaper articles and the like. Each new discovery compels you to dig a bit further, and to record what you are finding.
My life has been average to the outside viewer, most likely similar to what people would have thought at the same time when our ancestors strutted the earth. It is not until descendants go looking does the value increase or become apparent.
